Payments: Are accepted through PayPal a secure online payment process accepting Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express, or checks and moneyorders.
Ordering Terms and F.A.Q.‘s : Because you are ordering a unique, handcrafted item which will be created especially for you, please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for delivery from receipt of payment. Although in most cases it will be shipped sooner. If your order will take longer than (2) weeks to complete , you will be notified immediately.
Shipping Within The USA : Liz Franklin Jewelry ships USPS first class with delivery confirmation (3-5 business days) $4.00. USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (2-3 business days) $6.00, or Express Mail with delivery confirmation (overnight delivery) $12.00. If you prefer another shipping method please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
Shipping Outside The USA : Orders shipped outside the USA will be charged additional fees to cover shipping costs, depending on the country it's going to. We'll be in touch after we get your order to arrange the best shipping method , you can then proceed to process order through PayPal.
Custom Orders : Liz Franklin Jewelry does accept custom orders on many of the jewelry designs shown on the website. For substitution of stones, (for the sterling and gemstone jewelry) or, faces of the goddesses, or angels, I will do my best to meet your request based on current availability of materials.
Necklace and Bracelet Lengths : Please specify length of necklaces and bracelets ( if different than shown ) at time of order.
Returns No Worries / Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to buy with full confidence that you will love our jewelry, but, rest assured, if for some reason it doesn't work for you, you can return it within 10 days. Here's what you do: 1. email me with the reason you want to return your item , and I'll give you a return authorization number to include in your package. 2. Mail it back, in its original condition, with return authorization number, within 10 days, making sure it is packaged properly (we can't be held responsible for lost or damaged mail). 3. Upon its arrival we will process your refund, minus shipping charges.
